Well, the easiest way to know, if you are drinking enough of water is to check the color of urine (we tried to avoid this unglamorous word, but couldn’t the heck come up with one, dear Fashionistas. Any suggestions are welcome!)

If you are drinking enough of water it will be pale yellow or clear. If the color is dark yellow then you can start stocking up like a Lama.

1. Urine – check the color of your urine

2. Skin – your skin is a good indicator of hydration level

3. Thirst – if you feel thirsty, your body needs more fluid!

During the day you lose water through your body activity. You lose even more if you live in a hot climate. So you need to drink water to stay #Fashionable, #GlamorousAndBeautiful!!
