Our new favourite way to rid our bodies of the nasties and to beat the heat (for those of us experiencing the summer currently) is infused detox water! The simplest and easiest thing to make when you’re short of time, just pick out your favourite fruits and herbs, add water and allow to steep overnight! Lemon and Cucumber (add mint for extra freshness), Raspberry, Blueberry and Lime are just a few to try! Something about the light flavours through the water is enough to keep us drinking, hydrated all day and infused water is also excellent for a nice detox! There are endless health benefits to detox water! It rids the body of excess waste, assists with weight loss, improves skin and tastes fabulous! Furthermore cleansing keeps our minds clear and improves our overall wellbeing.
